| With the rapid development of social economy,information accessibility study also received more and more attention.Since the summit held in 2000,the concept of information accessibility is put forward for the first time.With the 2004 domestic "The first barrier-free information forum"held successfully,accessible information publicity moved into a new stage,how to let people with disabilities have equal access web information has become the main issue of social studies.21 century is an era of education information,network teaching also gradually get into these special crowd education,especially for people with visual how to better and more convenient learning,the domestic and foreign relevant organization also launched some research.However because of the mathematical formula with complex,flexible,and itself changeable characteristics,in the process of learning mathematics,their study become more difficult.To some extent the traditional touch braille textbooks dot matrix form can’t meet these people to better learning mathematics,so it is very necessary to the combine Web mathematics with speech technology.The mathematical formula speech is based on both the speech technology and Web mathematics.In recent years,as the display,editor of the research of mathematical markup language based on XML standard in Web mathematical formula has made the good progress,this paper is to study the mathematical formula and voice Web technology in combination with foundation.The mathematical formula speech,the final results is that through voice software can correctly to read out the mathematical formula.But in domestic mathematics and voice technology areas,the mathematical formula voice pronunciation standard is still in the blank.Therefore,in this paper,through the research of Mathematical formula Chinese phonetic pronunciation rules,characteristics and how to eliminate the ambiguity,to constitute an unambiguous and widely used Mathematical formulas speech standard MathAL(Mathematical Audio Language).For MathAL formulated,this paper puts forward three pronunciation rules,respectively,MathAL,MathALz and MathAL.The three pronunciations are described andanalyzed,and based on the user use standard test,and the last based on MathALs,realize the conversion from mathematical formula MathML Presentation to speech text TTS. |
