Actinomycete is a kind of very important microbial resources.Classification and identification of its metabolites and the separation and purification of the products, can be achieved on the protection, development and sustainable use of microbial resources. In this paper, two strains of actinomycetes ZZ027 and 211726 were identified, their metabolites were isolated and purified, and the activity is evaluated. The taxonomy of actinomycetes, morphological characteristics, culture characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics combined with the phylogenetic tree which was constructed based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence of the strain ZZ027 and strain 211726were studied.Strain ZZ027 is identified as Streptomyces puniceus, strain 211726 is Streptomyces griseiniger.By using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel,C18 reverse phase column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography interchangeably, the fermentation products of Streptomyces ZZ027 was isolated and purified. Finally, the compound 1-4 and the active component were purified. The hydrogen spectrum and carbon spectrum suggested that compound 2 is?3-morpholin-4-ylpropyl?amine and compound 4 may be two peptide or three peptide. The active component can significantly inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.Meanwhile, azalomycin F5a was separated and purificated from the fermentation broth of strain 211726.Antibacterial test showed that azalomycin F5aa has moderate toxicity against2nd instar larval?J2?survival of Meloidogyne incognita, while has moderate antagonistic effect against the banana fusarium wilt disease for the first time. These results demonstrated azalomycin F5aa has shown good price in the research and development of biological pesticides.
