Enzyme is a kind of biological active substances with high catalytic ability,the matter and energy change which is complex but regular in organism can not live without the enzyme catalysis.Due to its virtues,enzyme has been widely used in various areas,such as the separation and purification of materal,biological catalysis,biological sensing,and so on.But the free enzyme in solution has some shortcomings,limiting the application of the enzyme,for example easy denaturation and inactivation,hard separation and recovery,can't repeated use.The emergence of immobilized technology greatly widened the application range of the enzyme,and has become the forefront of current research field.Constructing the carrier of excellent performance is often the key to success for immobilized enzyme.New hybrid materials is a kind of regenerative material with great potential and promising application,which combined with the advantages of inorganic materials and natural polymer materials.In this paper,the preparation of three kinds of new hybrid materials were silica-dialdehyde starch,poly?vinyl alcohol?-sodium alginate and silica-water-soluble chitosan.The compositions and structure were characterized by FT-IR,CP/MAS 13C NMR,XRD and SEM.Preparation of new hybrid materials as mentioned above were applied to immobilized cellulose enzyme,the comparison of immobilized enzyme performance were analysised wtih SiO2-NH2,SiO2-???and SA.The enzymatic properties of the immobilized enzyme was studied,comparing the performance of two kinds of carrier,trying to build the theoretical equation of enzyme properties of immobilized enzyme.The experimental research indicate that immobilized enzyme has higher stability,can be used recycle.In a wider temperature and pH range immobilized enzyme can keep higher enzyme activity compared with the free enzyme.The equation character enzymatic properties of the immobilized enzyme batter.In addition,the comparison of immobilized enzyme performance were analysised wtih different substrate?NCC or CMC?.The results proved that both the substrate NCC and CMC,SiO2-CTS immobilized enzyme showed good learning performance.The results obtained in this paper provide the beneficial reference for the preparation of new substrate material.
