Abstract/Summary:
Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis becomes a hot issue in many medical mechanics researchers because of its high incidence.Patients with scoliosis can not only get serious physiological damage,but also will get serious psychological damage.Therefore,it is critical to for new patients to get better spinal orthopaedic effect.This is a cross subject that work with orthopaedic of Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.Through the communication and discussion with my partners in the hospital,I find now the hospital is using Posterior Vertebral Column Resection(PVCR)to cure spinal orthopaedic patients.The passage is based on the current operation of the hospital and the doctors’ practical experience.From the angle of mechanics,we want to put forward better method to orthopaedic surgery in order to achieve better effect.The passage is based on hospital patients with CT two-dimensional scan data,and we use that to create spine system model of patients.Then,combining the actual operation mode,we finally establish the system of the spine three-dimensional calculation model.We analyze before orthopaedic surgeries with finite element method(fem)analysis,meanwhile,analyzing the situation with auxiliary force in heads of patients helped us to get qualitative analysis.From my survey,we can get the following conclusion:(1)In the process of before spinal orthopaedic surgery,the displacement of the spine and pedicle screw stress will increase with the increasing orthopedic force.However,the orthopedic effect is not obvious.(2)Compared with the cure without auxiliary power,it is better to use a lesser orthopedic force and auxiliary power in heads of patients.And in this way,the patients can get better cure effect and ensure the safety of pedicle screws.(3)Using horizontal auxiliary force is better than vertical auxiliary force to cure the patients.(4)Displacement of the vertebrae near the orthopedic surgery will increase with increasing orthopedic force,and the vertebrae will deflect itself to a certain extent.After adding auxiliary force,the displacement of vertebrae T12 will be more than vertebrae L2.Although we ignore the affect problem of growing ligament between the bones and muscle tissues,the survey is very close to the real operation in the overall structure and loading mode.And the conclusions from the passage can give some help to spinal orthopaedic surgery in mechanics.
