| In recent years,due to the rapid development of high-speed communication network technologies,mobile terminals represented by smart phones have rapidly become popular,and Internet finance has gradually transitioned from the computer side to the mobile side.With the rapid spread of smart phones and mobile Internet,the Chinese people’s consumption habits have gradually changed from traditional methods of cash and credit card payment to Alipay,WeChat and other mobile payment methods.Third-party mobile payment companies have their own characteristics,and the profit model of traditional enterprises cannot adapt to them.Alipay is the leading mobile payment platform in the world and has a more reasonable profit model.With the rapid development of the third-party mobile payment industry,Alipay has also developed a series of related financial solutions,and has actively carried out foreign investment to make the industry The model is developing towards a diversified platform.Under its mature profit model,Alipay has obtained profit sources,realized customer value,enhanced core competitiveness,effectively controlled risks and achieved sustainable development.Alipay is a leader in third-party mobile payment companies.Exploring its profit model helps us to study the profit model of China’s third-party mobile payment industry.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method and the case analysis method to start the research.The first chapter first introduces the background of the thesis research,explains the purpose and significance of the research,and determines the content and methods of the study.The second chapter elaborates the related theories and then sorts out the definition and classification of third-party mobile payments in the third chapter.Explained the developmenthistory and development status of third-party mobile payment.After sorting out and summarizing related theories at home and abroad,analyzed its profit model according to the actual situation of mobile payment industry;Chapter IV introduced the development history and value chain of Alipay,based on the profit model.The constituent elements,from profit point,profit target,profit source,profit measure and profit barrier,analyze Alipay’s profit model,and analyze the Alipay’s profit model from the financial perspective;Chapter 5 is about Alipay.The profit model makes evaluations and proposes problems and solutions in Alipay’s profit model.Finally,summarize the development advantages of Alipay and make suggestions for the development of other third-party mobile payment platforms.Based on the actual case of Alipay and based on the profit model theory of Adrian J.Slywotzky,this article attempts to start from the perspective of value creation and further divides the profit model elements into “one core and five dimensions”.The profit model is systematically analyzed;on this basis,the research framework of the profit model of strategic perspectives is combined to analyze the interaction between the two,and finally,targeted countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.The main innovation of this paper is that this article takes Alipay,a third-party mobile payment platform,as its research object.At present,the research on this emerging industry is still in its infancy,and the profit model is still being explored.Therefore,it has strong practical significance. |
