Case Study Of Private Express Enterprises Backdoor Listing

After nearly forty years of vigorous development,the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics has already seen a thriving scene,especially in the E-Commerce Oriented express industry.From the present development situation of express enterprises,the quantity and business scale are unprecedented,the quality of service is high,and the social recognition is high.From the point of view of long-term planning of express enterprises,single business mode needs to transform to diversified business mode.The attributes of private enterprises need to transform to the attributes of listed companies,and the full coverage of domestic businesses needs to transform to the full coverage of global businesses.Therefore,the way to listing the whole express industry is urgent and imminent.With the help of case analysis and the development of express industry,this paper starts with the industry leaders,and conducts in-depth and systematic research on China’s private express companies after 2015.By analyzing the related analysis and advantages and disadvantages of the four private express companies’ backdoor listing,on the one hand,they can provide reference for other courier companies who are preparing for backdoor listing,on the other hand,they can provide reference ideas for other industries’ backdoor listing plans.At the end of this paper,we can draw some inspiration and suggestions: objectively look at the phenomenon of the listing of the shell,calm down the behavior of the backdoor listing,and invest rationally in the listing enterprises of the shell.
