| With the rapid development of science and technology,economy and information globalization has been intensified,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.Talents become the key to maintain core competitiveness of enterprises.Hiring talents that match the strategic goals of the organization,corporate culture,and job requirements are important issues that must be addressed in the enterprise’s human resource management.Suitable new employee selection in the recruitment process is the premise to achieve a comprehensive person-job fit.At present,research on person-job fit is mainly focus on the period after employees enter the organization.The research perspective of person-job fit in this paper is mainly focus on the recruitment process before a new employee is officially employed by an organizaiton.As the recruiter is the main body to evaluate the comprehensive makings and ability of the interviewee in the recruitment stage,the recruiter quality will be used as a moderator to analyze its moderating effect on the relationship between the evaluation tools and job matching.Through the paired questionnaire survey of new employees and recruitment officers of different nature organizations in Sichuan Province,this paper makes an exploratory factor analysis on job matching,the recruiter quality and the evaluation tools.The research shows that job matching includes four factors: goal-value matching,personality matching,work attitude matching and ability matching.The assessment tools include four factors: psychological testing,resume screening,written examination and interview,and the factor of the recruiter quality.Through the regression analysis,the research shows that the evaluation tools have a certain explanation ability on job matching.To recruit different employee,different assessment tools will be chosen.They may be used alone,might also be used in combination.And,employees have not officially entered the organization or entered the organization is short,such as personality,work attitude and other dimensions of the matching need to wait for employees to enter the organization after the two sides run-in and the organization provide resources to meet the needs of employees and other factors to further improve the matching.The research shows that taking the recruiter quality as a moderator,analyzing the impact of assessment tools on job matching,we find that the recruiter quality has no moderating effect,but shows a strong main effect.The reason is that the evaluation tool as a means and method for evaluating candidates’ comprehensive quality and ability,only can measure the ability,personality,target values,work attitude and other dimensions to evaluate to a certain extent.Whether these dimensions meet with the positions and organizational requirements and finally be official employed are based on the recruiter’s decision.Therefore,the recruiter quality plays a key role in the matching of people and posts in the whole recruitment process. |
