Research On The Collaborative Path From Failure Learning To Servitization Of Manufacturing Companies:the Impact Of Social Capital

Manufacturing enterprises face many plights in the servitization,such as the shortage of service knowledge and market turmoil,it may encounter failures in the process of implementing servitization.Learning relevant experience of failure can help enterprises to promote servitization.Social capital is the ability of enterprises to obtain resources in the social network,the development of learning from failure needs to use corporate social capital.Learning from failure and servitization are the two important ways of improve the manufacturing enterprise's performance,how to prove the efficiency of failure learning and promote the success of servitization is the problem demanding prompt solution.The research about strategy learning from failure provides the oretical basis for manufacturing enterprises learning from failure decision.Effective development of enterprise learn from failure not only need efforts at the learning of their own failure,but also need the actively cooperate with stakeholders.Based on the above analysis,this article summarizes the related theory about the failure learning firstly,and then from the perspective of social capital,analyze the relationship between servitization and learning from failure:(1)Whether servitization and learning from failure interact with each other.(2)Whether social capital has a positive effect on the relationship between the servitization and learning from failure.(3)Whether there is a collaborative path between servitizaiton and learning from failure.(4)What is the impact of social capital on the collaborative path.Based on the perspective of social capital,the paper constructs the double helix theory model,construct the service cycle and flow chart under the dimensions of social capital,analyze the cooperative path and the influence of social capital.The study found :(1)Learning from failure provides a knowledge network.Servitization riches source of knowledge and provides direction for learning from failure.(2)Social capital has a positively influence on the cooperative path.(3)Put forward two main paths: learning from failure leading evolutionary path and servitization leading path,and concluded that the linkage mechanism between servitization and learning from failure.(4)The influence of capital degree dimensions on service and learning from failure is different.The research conclusion enriches the relevant theoretical research of learning from failure and servitization,and provides reference for the servitization and learning from failure of manufacturing enterprises in China.
