Study On Social Responsibility Of State Owned Electric Power Enterprises In Dalian From The Perspective Of Government Regulation

With the continuous development of the reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises in recent years,the state power enterprises have paid more and more attention to the performance of social responsibility.At present,although state-owned power enterprises have a certain foundation in fulfilling their social responsibilities,the implementation effect is far from expected,and there are also a series of related problems.This paper takes Dalian power generation company as an example to study the problem of social responsibility performance of state-owned power enterprises.First of all,based on the introduction of the Dalian power company,combined with a questionnaire survey,from the perspective of consumers,employees,partners and social environment in the perspective of stakeholders,with respondents evaluation statistics,the status quo of Dalian power generation companies to fulfill their social responsibility to carry on the analysis,and expounds the current situation of government regulation of social responsibility perform.Secondly,from the perspective of social responsibility consciousness,system and intensity,and the definition of the scope of social responsibility,the problems of Dalian power generation company in the implementation of social responsibility are analyzed.At the same time,the reasons for the problems arising from these problems are also discussed.In addition,from the perspective of government regulation of the proposed scheme design,to fulfill social responsibility,and the implementation process of the three aspects to fulfill the information disclosure mechanism supervision.Finally,according to the analysis of problems and reasons,put forward the countermeasures to improve Dalian power company to fulfill social responsibility,including improving the Dalian power company to fulfill social responsibility consciousness;improve the system construction of Dalian power company to fulfill social responsibility;strengthen efforts to promote the government of Dalian power company to fulfill social responsibility and improve the government of the Dalian power companies to fulfill their social responsibilities the degree of understanding.
