With the development and popularization of the national "public entrepreneurship and innovation" policy,Yingkou Port Group has invested in the construction of Yingkou Port Public Space Project,which provides an open platform suitable for the development of the region,but in the overall economic environment The rapid development of Yingkou Hong Kong public space project is facing insufficient attraction and other issues,the urgent need for an accurate project positioning and marketing promotion.By analyzing the actual situation of the current national policy and the soft environment of the local public space market,this paper has become a feasible way to solve the current problems of a series of problems in the marketing strategy of Yingkou Port.In order to solve this problem at a more concrete level,this paper firstly introduces the project of Yingkou Harbor,and analyzes the local economic,policy and social environment,as well as the development advantages and characteristics of public space at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper makes a feasibility analysis of the "public entrepreneurship and innovation" policy as the marketing means in the Yingkou Port Public Space Project,and uses the STP theory to locate the project of Yingkou Harbor,and use 4P The paper analyzes the current situation and operational strategy of the policy environment,the economic environment,the humanistic environment,the strategic development space,the development of similar projects and the operation strategy,and to promote the whole project promotion and improve the economic vitality of the port as the fundamental goal,A space project and the characteristics of the existing resources of Yingkou Port put forward some local means of marketing.Through the combing and analysis of the above contents,the final conclusion of this paper is that thanks to the unique geographical and economic status of Yingkou Port and the strong support of the local government and Yingkou Port Group Company for young entrepreneurs,The local economy in many levels can achieve complementary advantages,a total of space marketing planning is entirely feasible.Not only to improve the creation of more jobs,improve the Yingkou industrial base of the public atmosphere,bring good social effects,but also effectively pull the overall growth of Yingkou Port economy.
