Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology,such as 5G,Internet of things and cloud computing,Chinese PCB industry has ushered in a new opportunity for strategic development.In this context,the printed circuit board business of Jin Hairun technology company is urgently needed to develop a marketing strategy for the future.The author mainly follows the following steps to study.The first part is the introduction,the author combines the new situation of the current market and enterprises face,discusses the research background and the significance of this study,and around the research questions,describes research ideas and research content,and combined with the need to study some of the relevant literature and its theories;the second is the status and the part of problem analysis,the author focuses on the enterprise marketing situation over the years for the development of the summary,and then focus on the marketing diagnosis,points out the problems in the current marketing problems and enterprises,the main issues are reflected in the lack of market positioning,business development direction is not clear;the third part is the analysis of marketing environment,the author of the enterprise the external environment and internal environment comprehensively,and using SWOT analysis tool to analyze the internal and external environment,make the horse Distribution strategy;the fourth part is the research on the core part of this paper,namely the establishment of marketing strategy,marketing strategy is mainly put forward the guiding ideology of enterprise,analyzes the market research and market segmentation,and choosing the target market,finally established the diversity competitive advantage and market positioning strategy;the fifth part is the development of marketing combination strategy,mainly in the target market strategy,develop marketing combination strategy of the enterprise;the sixth part is the implementation of marketing strategy plan,mainly some measures and suggestions are put forward from the marketing management level;the last part is the conclusion of this thesis.Overall,this study has important research value for Jin Hairun company,makes the company over the years since the lack of marketing strategy to solve problems,and also make up the system,problems such as marketing strategy combination,the research results have important reference value to the marketing practice of enterprises in the future,at the same time it will give the enterprises in the same industry to provide a certain reference value.
