The rapid development of the Internet has brought tremendous changes to our lives.With the concept of Internet+finance,the traditional business model of commercial banks has been challenged.Direct selling banks have been an important measure for traditional banks to respond to the financial Internet in recent years.Rapid development in the country.In September 2013,Bank of Beijing launched its first direct selling bank.To date,there have been 113 direct sales banks in China.With the rapid development of direct sales banks,the direct sales banks of the banks are facing the same development problems,which are concentrated in many aspects such as serious homogeneity of product services,inadequate customer service,and unclear development direction.In this context,this article is based on 2017 Sina Finance's evaluation criteria for all direct bank banks,comparing the development status of domestic and foreign direct selling banks,starting from the characteristics of direct selling banks,and combining customer satisfaction related theories to the development of Lanzhou Bank's direct selling banks.Conducting research,mainly analyzing the current status of its products,customer groups and investment status,service status,marketing status and development status,sums up the problems in the development process of Lanzhou Bank direct bank and the factors that reduce customer satisfaction.These elements establish the research model of Lanzhou Bank direct bank customer satisfaction,design customer satisfaction survey questionnaires,investigate the customer satisfaction of Lanzhou Bank,and finally,combine the results of the analysis and survey results to give Lanzhou Bank's product services and customers.The measures to improve customer satisfaction in terms of services,such as improving product service,enhancing platform stability,carrying out various promotion and marketing,improving convenience,and strengthening customer maintenance,are the development of Lanzhou Direct Bank for reference.
