Analysing the development of the home appliance market from a global perspective,the global home appliance industry has caused a decline in performance under the influence of the financial crisis,and some companies have even closed down under the influence of the financial crisis.However,many companies only survived in 2008 and welcomed it in 2009.A good opportunity for economic recovery,even if the world is affected by the financial crisis,but this does not have much impact on people’s basic living needs and the spirit of the pursuit of quality of life,so the development of the global home appliance industry can still be rejuvenated in the event of fluctuations.From the perspective of the development of the global home appliance industry,the sales growth of the home appliance industry in Europe and the United States is relatively slow.On the contrary,the growth rate of the emerging markets is relatively obvious,because the demand for home appliances and equipment in these regions is at an ascending stage.According to statistics,the growth rate of China’s home appliance industry has been accelerating.In 2010,China’s home appliance industry realized sales revenue of 846.978 billion yuan,and in 2015 it reached 1.408390 trillion yuan,with a compound annual growth rate of 10.71%.In this context,the author studies the development strategies of the US-based giants in the appliance industry through the methods of literature analysis,theoretical research and case-study combination as well as qualitative analysis.Through the analysis of the group’s political and legal environment,the world economic environment,the domestic economic environment,Technical environment,social and cultural environment,industry development status and trends,the main driving force of the industry development,industry competition environment,human resources,physical assets and intangible assets and financial resources,to determine the Group’s SWOT.Thus the strategic analysis and selection of MD Group in the process of its development are obtained,including the six stages of enterprise growth,the relationship between enterprise positioning and development strategy,the three opportunities of repositioning and reorganization,the requirements of group reorganization and reorganization,the requirement of group restructuring,the group being in The stage of diminishing returns to scale,the alternative development strategy and the strategic choice of MD Group.Finally,the paper analyzes the implementation and control of MD Group’s strategic development,including the current status of MD Group’s strategic management,the rational allocation of corporate strategic resources,the strategic adjustment of enterprise organizational structure and organizational system,the implementation of strategic management mode of dividing scorecard,The card’s strategic management,the performance appraisal of the strategy implementation and the adjustment and revision of the strategy.MD Group is in a leading position in the same industry both in terms of brand creativity and innovation in household electrical appliances.However,the development of MD Group can not remain in the current stage.If it is to be eliminated by the market and only by continuous innovation and development,MD Group hopes that Through this study,the future development trend of MD Group can be more clearly defined,the process of healthy and sustainable development of enterprises can be promoted and the development of China’s home appliance industry can play a leading role.
