As a traditional state-owned enterprise,ZY Company must change the concept rapidly,and break traditional operation management mode,so as to establish a set of new management system,because the original management mode cannot meet the unpredictable fast-paced market demands featured with multi-variety and small batch.As an advanced method to improve the level of enterprise management,lean management has been gradually deepened by CRRC Corporation Limited.ZY Company,as a first-tier subsidiary of CRRC Corporation Limited,has also stepped into the lean road.The construction of standard station is one of the basic elements to achieve lean management.It plays a vital important role in promoting the achievement of resources optimization and improving the management quality of the enterprises.Based on lean management,just-in-time and automated management,the author has carried out research and demonstration on how to implement effective control of standard station construction in accordance with project management mode,applying lean idea,tool and method.Each enterprise has different characteristics with other enterprises.Based on the actual situation,this paper studies and demonstrates the background,basic requirements,implementation content,risk analysis,management mode and task of the standard station construction implemented by ZY Company.Adopting the method of combining theoretical research with practice test,using the tool of project management,and taking the problem as the guidance,look for problem points by analyzing the current management situation of ZY Company's locomotive final assembly production line,in accordance with the logical thinking of finding problem,analyzing problem,solving problem and practice verification;develop risk preventive measures and comb systems and procedures by establishing goals and analyzing risks,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.Based on “Seven Tasks” basic management and “Six Elements” operation management in production station,implement standardized management and real-time control in the actual construction by taking the way of pilot and around the target,so as to ensure controllable process andon-time takt of assembly-line in station.Through the pilot construction,summary of research achievement,and analysis of insufficiency,it lays a foundation for the next step of ZY Company in continuously deepening standard station construction,horizontally pulling the station in various professional managements,longitudinally pulling the station in various management processes,achieving synchronous promotion,and building a high collaborative and efficient lean operation management platform with concentric and synchronous operation,station management and takt production.
