Research On Innovation Management Mode Of Chengdu City Park

As an important place of leisure and entertainment in urban space,the park plays an important role in satisfying people’s daily leisure activities and pursuing the realization of self-value,promotes the construction of spiritual civilization in the process of social development,and promotes the leisure environment and the urban level of a city.However,with the further development of urban space,people on the function of the city demand rising especially fast growing demand for culture and leisure,and undertakes to improve the ecological environment,providing open management of urban park for recreation,which brought many challenges to the park.Such as environmental management issues,lack of personal security and public facilities of the public issue,a single business model,management of funds and the lack of strong enforcement.Faced with these problems,shows that the current management model has been unable to adapt to the needs of the community,city park management model needs to be innovation,create innovative management mode has become an inevitable trend.Based on theoretical analysis and case study,qualitative and quantitative analysis,literature research,surveys and other means,in city park management concepts and characteristics analysis on the basis of the public goods theory of new public service theory on urban parks management pattern analysis,identify the problems and the possibilities for innovation.Through the survey in Chengdu city park management,and analysis of the questionnaire results,summarized the problems existing in the management mode of urban park in Chengdu,based on new public service theory,from the view of park managers,the author analyzes the main management concept,management system,management mode,laws and regulations of Chengdu city park.To explore the best way of the innovation management mode of Chengdu city park.
