Study On The Advantage Weakening And Government Response Strategy Of Private Economics For Wenzhou City

In an era of inconvenient transportation,relatively closed information,insufficiency of supply of commodities,and opaque market prices,Wenzhou people have broken through innovation,bravely reformed,pioneered the development of the private economy,and formed dozens of famous national markets through emancipation of minds.Production and wholesale are in the forefront of the country.The foreign trade economy is also the leader of the country.The first-mover advantage is obvious.The “Wenzhou model” is famous throughout the country.The outstanding achievements of the private economy in Wenzhou City cannot be separated from the bold reforms of the government’s breakthrough of the old model,and it is inseparable from the relaxed business environment provided by the government.However,with the continuous deepening of reforms in the market economic system throughout the country,the private economy of Wenzhou City has retreated,and its advantages have gradually weakened.Wenzhou’s industrial sector has even moved out entirely,industrial transformation and upgrading have been slow,and the urban transformation has encountered bottlenecks.The first-mover advantage of the private economy in Wenzhou is obviously weakened,the cost advantage is no longer,the factor advantage is not enough,and the gap with the first-tier cities across the country is increasing,and the distance from the surrounding backward cities is getting closer and closer.As one of the earliest areas in the country to develop a market economy,the process of private economy development in Wenzhou City is very typical.The problems facing the Wenzhou model are also a common problem faced by the reform of the national market economy system.Therefore,the reasons for the weakening of Wenzhou ’ s private economic advantages are studied.And coping strategies have the significance of transcending regional economic development.Based on the brief analysis of the basic characteristics,important roles and development advantages of Wenzhou private economy,this paper analyzes the weak performance of private economy in Wenzhou,focusing on the weakness of Wenzhou private economy from the perspective of institutional factors,innovation factors,and environmental factors.The government’s management reasons and the countermeasures proposed for this purpose are: Accelerating the reform of the government system,guiding the sound development of the private economy;Encouraging technological innovation andcooperation between production,teaching and research,promoting the application of advanced technologies in the private economy,Giving full play to Wenzhou ’s unique advantages,and creating the development of private economy good atmosphere.
