Research On The Trend,Causes And Countermeasures Of China's Industrial Hollow

The industrial hollowing phenomenon that the manufacturing industry as the representative of the real economy is falling into the process of closing down and transferring out,has become more and more severe in china in recent years,and is causing great concern from all walks of life.It is an important factor to solve the problem of hollowness in the industry when the new and old industries can be carried out perfectly.The developed countries,represented by the United States and Japan,showed different levels of industrial hollowness in the adjustment of industrial structure.So how to look at the problem when this phenomenon occurs and how to solve the problem is worth pondering?Industrial hollowing out China as a developing country,has its specific causes and forms,to combine China's actual situation,fully explore the trend of current domestic industry hollowing out,the cause of the mining industry hollowing out of China,provide Suggestions to cope with the industry hollowing out crisis,which is the main content of this paper studies.Based on the reference literature and the actual situation in China,this paper constructs a reasonable index system,based on the data of China's 31 provinces and regions from 2004 to 2015,and measures the industrial space of China with the time series global factor analysis.Contrary to the quantitative research of previous literature,the results of this paper reveal the fact that our country as a whole has entered the stage of industrial hollowing after the year 2006,and describes the industrial hollowing trends of four areas of China.Found that the degree of each district industry hollowing out is not the same,the eastern industrial hollowing out degree is higher than in the western region in central China and northeast China,and the degree of regional industrial hollowing out in deepening.According to the above measure analysis and contact the actual situation in each region,he main reasons for China's industrial hollowing phenomenon are as follows:housing price rises rapidly,high profit of the financial forms makes a inhibitory effect on the manufacturing industry,insufficient domestic demand,RMB exchange rate is overvalued,and the innovation ability of Chinese manufacturing industry is insufficient.Due to the regional industrial hollowing out the dominant factor,this article will quantify various influencing factors of industrial hollowing out,using the grey correlation analysis method to explore the regional industrial hollowing out the dominant factors.The empirical results show that the highest correlation degree of industrial hollowness in China andthe central region is that the RMB exchange rate is overvalued,the eastern region and the northeast region are the housing price,and the western region is the prosperity of domestic demand.According to each factor and the size of the industry hollowness correlation.Corresponding suggestions to reverse the trend of China's industrial hollowing are as follows:pushing the rationalization of RMB valuation,suppressing the real estate bubble vigorously,promoting the finance to give more support to manufacturing,expanding domestic demand driving the development of manufacturing industry with sci-tech innovation,and reducing the tax burden on enterprises.
