Customer relationship management occupies an important position in the enterprise management,the purpose of customer relationship management is through a variety of technical methods,to coordinate the development of the enterprise production each link,completely taking the customer as the center,improving customer satisfaction,to satisfied customers into loyal customers,to develop the potential value of customers,thus improving the profit of enterprises.At present,China enterprise begin to recognize the important role of customer relationship management,and begin to take more use of it.The paper takes JF Group as the research object,after making a brief summary of the basic theory of customer relationship management related,firstly discusses the China knitting clothing industry development and operation;Secondly,make the analysis of JF Group operating environment,and the analysis of JF Group customer relations management present situation and existing problems;Finally,puts forward the constructive Suggestions and safeguard measures of the customer relationship management of JF Group.Customer relationship management theory will allow the enterprise playing a better customer resources and mining,improving customer satisfaction,improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Hope this article can provide JF group and knitting clothing enterprises with a reference template.
