Along with the deepening of reform about the medical system, the industry of medical equipment is facing unprecedented competition. Therefore, more and more medical equipment enterprise begin to use Customer Relationship Management, it can meet the customer's diversified demands. This paper concentrates on the question of Customer Relationship Management strategy about Beijing Amethyst Century Technology Co., Ltd. First of all, the basic theory of Customer Relationship Management was expatiated in this article, and we analyze fundamentals of Beijing Amethyst Century Technology Co., Ltd, the condition of market, industry branch. Secondly, the customer lifetime value was analyzed in this paper. Thirdly series of Customer Relationship Management Strategy were proposed with practical situation of Beijing Amethyst Century Technology Co., Ltd. The main purpose is providing reference for carrying out Customer Relationship Management.
