Risk Management Of R&D Project Of Mobile Terminal Products Based On Globe Type Approval

Type approval is the essential conditions if the mobile terminal products can be sold to different countries or regions.With the domestic mobile phone design more and more regular,the target market more and more international,through the global type approval has become an important part during our mobile terminal products development process.Based on the actual projects’ global type approval experience,combined with the project risk management theory,I summed up the pros and cons of the risk management in this project.Specially discussed the risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response for North American and Europe type approval management of mobile terminal product design.The corresponding risk management experience,which I summarized in the thesis,should be a useful reference for future global type approval of mobile terminal product design.
