With the growing of China's financial reform,the retail business in the commercial banks increasingly high proportion of the retail business has a low risk,high profit,etc.,and gradually become commercial banks battleground.Meanwhile,with the continuous improvement of people's income,individual customer demand level requirements of commercial banks has gradually improved,therefore,the need to strengthen retail banking products to retail marketing.Based on the development trend of retail banking,the Handan branch of A Bank have done a lot of research,from A Bank Handan branch of the external environment,problems and causes of departure,using Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis of the theoretical tools they face environment.Then,the marketing mix strategy in product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy and marketing strategy are systematically analyzed,for A Bank Handan branch of the proposal.This study hopes to improve the Handan branch of the retail business marketing capabilities help,and to increase its operating profit,improve the comprehensive competitiveness.
