As the new medical and health system reform in China continues to advance,the medical and health information industry has showed a trend of rapid development.As a software company,Greatsoft has been operating in the medical and health information industry for 19 years.The main direction of the marketing strategy for Greatsoft these years is to undertake projects from the government department of health care,such as software development,system integration and after-sales technical service by using their business and technical advantages;while building a solid customer relationship in their own market and exploring new areas of increasing profits.With the continuous development of new medical reforms in China,and the entrance of BAT,Insurance companies and other wealthy companies,the market competition continue to become more intense.A lot of companies are willing to undertake software projects for free in order to attract attention and obtain good graces of the investors,which significantly influence traditional software companies in the health information technology industry like Greatsoft.This paper analyzes the marketing situation,problems in the sales,internal environment,macro environment and industry environment of the Greatsoft company based on the Basic theory of marketing and marketing strategy theory with the intent of pointing out the marketing directions for Greatsoft in the coming years.The goal is to remain in the health and insurance industry,while increasing occupancy by making full use of its current advantages.In the meantime we should focus on the needs of our customers,strengthen the research of our products,refine after-sales service system and improve the ability of the marketing team,so we can provide better software products and increase the service experience of our customers.In the conclusion,I provide a reasonable and applicable marketing strategy,including a series of safeguards measures for Greatsoft.This will be a guide for mangers in the face of fierce market competition and unprecedented opportunities.This platform will allow managers to fully understand the development direction,make use of the advantages and seize opportunities thus strengthening the ability to compete and increasing profits simultaneously.
