O2O Based Model For The Business Operation Of Electric Vehicle

The electric car industry is one of the emerging industries cultivated by government.As the market demand and national policy,the development of electric car industry has stepped into the accelerated stage.However,charging facilities is still in the primary stage,and the bottleneck is the key to restrict its development.In order to alleviate the charging problem,this paper do the study of o2 o electric vehicle charging service and operation business model based on the value net theory and e-commerce model.According to the quantitative and qualitative research of Operating platform,consumers,businesses and other factors,the needs of each element was founded.Then the value network was designed in view of the characteristics of the electric vehicle charging service.Finally,we proposed the application of this model in the O2 O model and demonstrated the feasibility of this business model.The model provides theoretical support for construction of O2 O electric vehicle charging service and commerce operation model,to explore a feasible solution for electric vehicle operation.Meanwhile,it plays an important role for the development of the electric car industry.
