With the development of national economy and communication technology constantly updated development,China telecommunications market maintained the momentum of rapid development.The telephone subscriber data statistics show that China’s fixed telephone and mobile phone users scale is one of the highest in the world first until the end of 2006,Thank to this Chinese communication Instrument Company will have a great opportunity.But the foreign company is still in the leading position on communication testing field.How domestic Instrument Company can grasp this opportunity to reduce the gap with the foreign company when the Mobile era is coming? What kind of strategic plan should be used? This paper tries to find the answers to these questions.This article analyses the present situation of the communication testing instrument industry in our country in details,According to study the S Company which is well-known communication testing instrument.And it studies the competing environment,advantages,chances and problems in the course of the communication testing instrument enterprise develop in out country,By using PEST environment analyses,Port of five competition patterns,SWOT enterprise analyses,IFE matrix,etc.The author gives a series of suggestions that included development strategy,guiding strategy,competitive strategy,strategic implementation of the recommendations and other content,Hope it can bring up new idea for domestic communication testing Instrument.
