Research On Strategy Developmen Of Xinjiang Lvxiang Animal Husbandry

With the development of social economy,the Engel coefficient decreasing,people's diet structure is changing,people gradually from subsistence to the well-off society of our country,the diet is more and more high proportion of meat.The demand for beef and mutton as the main meat has also increased.Because of the high proportion of the ethnic minorities,the demand for beef and mutton is more and more.Animal husbandry is the pillar industry of Xinjiang.To realize from the traditional to a modern animal husbandry animal husbandry in Xinjiang,increase farmers' income,is of great significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Caused widespread co ncern in recent years,however,the "melamine","gutter oil","Sudan red" and "zombie meat" event intensified,eating problems to people whole life brought great insecurity;It also has many influence to the development of enterprises.in the "One Belt And One Road" construction background,to turn resource advantage into economic advantage,beef and mutton in Xinjiang is an important period of industrial development.In this paper,Based on the background of Xinjiang social and economic development in the new situation,using the SWOT analysis method,through investigation,case analysis and comparative analysis on the development strategy of Xinjiang LvXiang animal husbandry limited liability company research.In this paper,the theoretical basis for the concept of enterprise development strategy are elaborated;secondly,analyzing the macro environment and industry environment of enterprises;thirdly,the internal environment of organization,production,finance,marketing,human resources,product development is analyzed;by using the SWOT method to the business opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages research;fourth,developing strategy of Xinjiang green-source animal husbandry limited liability company and the target,and determine the implementation of strategic planning and control methods in every direction;Fifth,Through analysis,on the basis of the analysis and research of the LvXiang Animal husbandry company 's overall strategy,the paper puts forward the method of the strategic management of LvXiang Animal husbandry company.
