Study On ''Internet+ Taxation'' Construction Of Local Tax Bureau In Wuhan

In September 30,2015,the national tax administration launched the "Internet +Taxation" Action Plan,which clearly notified that before 2020,an "Internet + Taxation" application system will be established to integrate online and offline resources,link up the foreground and the background processing,motivate the three-dimensional cooperating,synchronize the first step service with the last step.Finally,to complete an all-in-one intelligent tax ecosystem including all-whether working,all-round operating,full coverage,and whole process monitoring."Internet + Taxation" is a new form of electronic-tax,which is the further development and optimization of electronic tax.Presently,a lot of research related of e-government can be found continuously,but there is a lack of the studies in how to set up the "Internet + Taxation" system in Wuhan.As a local tax worker,I often get in touch of the electronic tax system,often encounter problems,therefor,some optimization often shows up in my mind.Thus,I wish I could use my thinking and analyses to find out the defects in the developing of local tax bureau of Wuhan electronic-tax system,furthermore,to get the way and solutions in how to resolve these problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign literature review,research content and research methods.The second part introduces the definition of related concepts,distinguish the concept of electronic tax and "Internet + Taxation".The third part focuses on the current situation of Wuhan Local Taxation Bureau "Internet + Taxation".The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the problems faced by Wuhan Local Taxation Bureau.The fifth part is to elaborate the root cause of the problem in the construction of Wuhan "Internet + Taxation",and the analyses of these problems.The sixth part mainly elaborates the countermeasures to perfect the local tax bureau "Internet + Taxation" construction in Wuhan City.The concluding remarks put forward the conclusion,the main innovation and deficiencies...
