Research On The Construction Of "Internet + Tax" In Beidaihe District Taxation Bureau

With the vigorous development of the Internet,China has put forward the "Internet +" action plan at the national level.The plan points out that we should not only promote the development of the Internet in all walks of life but also bring about new changes and improvements to the social economy and science technology.The State Taxation Administration has formulated the "Internet + tax" action plan.It proposes that tax authorities at all levels should make full use of Internet thinking,expand the scope of information application,promote the modernization of tax construction,and meet taxpayers' requirements and modern tax management needs.Therefore,this paper selects the "Internet + tax" construction of Beidaihe district taxation bureau as the research object,which is of great significance to the implementation of the requirements of the State Council and State Taxation Administration,and better serve the taxpayers.Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature,this paper,based on the theory of public administration related knowledge such as e-government,service oriented government and new public service theory,has made a deep study on the construction of "Internet + tax" in Beidaihe district taxation bureau.First of all,the case analysis method is used to analyze the "Internet + tax" construction in Beidaihe district taxation bureau,and the results of "Internet + tax" construction in Beidaihe district taxation bureau are summarized.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method,the paper focuses on the basic situation of taxpayers and tax collectors in Beidaihe district,and the questionnaire survey on the attitudes and suggestions of “Internet + taxation”,and analyzes the results using SPSS 23.0 and EXCEL software.The problems and the reasons existing in the construction of "Internet + tax" in Beidaihe district taxation bureau are analyzed.Finally,based on the work analysis,we put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the following five levels: Internet + tax awareness,information talent building,basic guarantee,business process,and application platform mechanism of integrated system.
