The Tibet Autonomous region, with the support of the people of the whole country, the party Central Committee and the State Council, and under the leadership of the regional party committee around the party Central Committee, has made rapid progress in the past period of the 12 th Five-Year Plan.In the first year of the 13 th Five-Year Plan, the GDP of the Tibet Autonomous region was 114.8 billion yuan in 2016,an increase of 11.5 percent. The total fixed asset investment of the whole society in the Tibet Autonomous region was 161 billion yuan,an increase of 20 yuan, while the total retail sales of social consumer goods in the Tibet Autonomous region totaled 45.7 billion yuan,an increase of 12 yuan. The local fiscal revenue of the Tibet Autonomous region was 20.6 billion yuan,an increase of 17.4 yuan, and the local fiscal expenditure of the Tibet Autonomous region reached 160 billion yuan,an increase of 13.4 yuan. The per capita disposable income of Tibet's urban residents was 27875 yuan,an increase of 10 percent. The per capita disposable income of Tibet's rural residents was 9316 yuan,an increase of 13 percent;the consumer price index of Tibet residents was controlled within 2.4 percent;and the registered urban unemployment rate was kept within 2.6 percent. The sound and rapid economic and social development of the Tibet Autonomous region has made a sound start to the 13 th Five-Year Plan and laid a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way. While we have seen remarkable achievements,we should also discover the underdevelopment of Tibet's economy at present. In 2015,there were 3.2397 million permanent residents and 2.341 million rural residents in the Tibet Autonomous region, accounting for 722 percent of the total population. It can be seen that the rural consumption market in Tibet is a huge consumption market. In the same period, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the whole region were 40.848 billion yuan,of which the retail sales of consumer goods in rural areas was 7.214 billion yuan, accounting for 17.7% of the total, with a very low share. It can be seen that Tibet's rural consumer market is a market with great potential that can be fully exploited. As a result,Tibet is at the stage of transition from "atypical dual economic structure" to "typical dual economic structure." Tibet's traditional agricultural and animal husbandry labor still plays a leading role in Tibet's economic development, but the traditional agricultural and animal husbandry labor productivity is still relatively low,and at the same time,a large number of surplus labor forces in Tibet have not played a role.Due to natural environment and historical factors,Tibet's industrial sector has a relatively small number of influences, while profits and capital accumulation are poor, and the surplus labor force of traditional industries cannot be absorbed by the industrial sector.Under this influence, the peasants and herdsmen, who account for the majority of the population, are not the main force in Tibet's consumption. At present, there are few documents on the analysis of the impact of consumption and economic growth among rural residents in Tibet, mainly focusing on the consumption structure of Tibetan residents. Therefore, this paper discusses the influence of rural residents' consumption on Tibet's economy from the following three aspects: the current situation of rural residents' consumption in Tibet, the present situation of Tibet's economic growth and the influence of rural residents' consumption on Tibet's economy based on the model. At the same time,it analyzes the factors restricting the consumption of rural residents in Tibet,In order to enhance the consumption demand of rural residents in our region, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper analyzes the consumption status of rural residents in Tibet. This paper expounds the current consumption situation of rural residents in Tibet through three aspects: changing trend of consumption expenditure of rural residents in Tibet, changing trend of Engel coefficient of households of rural residents in Tibet and changing trend of consumption level of rural residents in Tibet. The chapter mainly analyzes the current situation and basic trend of consumption demand of rural residents in Tibet Autonomous region. In this paper,we compare the consumption data of rural residents in Tibet with that of the whole country, and finally find that the consumption level of rural residents in our region is increasing year by year. However, there is still a big gap with the urban residents in our region and this gap is increasing year by year.At the same time, compared with the consumption situation of the rural residents in our region and the whole country,it is found that there is still a big gap between our region and the whole country. And this gap is still showing an increasing trend year by year.As a whole, the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents in our region show a trend of benign growth. At the same time, the economic growth of Tibet is analyzed from four aspects: the gross domestic product(GDP)of Tibet, the per capita GDP of Tibet and the per capita GDP of the whole country. It can be concluded that Tibet's economy continues to develop steadily and rapidly, and at the same time the three major industrial structures are also tending to benign changes. However, our region's finance still depends on more than 90% of the central transfer payments.Tibet should explore new measures for self-sound and rapid economic development. To meet our district's financial expenditure.Based on model, the relationship between consumption and economic growth of rural residents in Tibet is analyzed empirically. In this chapter, the data of GDP index per capita and per capita consumption index in agriculture and pastoral areas are used to analyze the impact of rural consumption on economic growth in Tibet between 1990 and 2015.Through the empirical analysis,it can be concluded that the consumption of rural residents in Tibet has a continuous pulling effect on the economic growth of Tibet, but the pull force is not enough.Next,it is found that the low income, unreasonable consumption habits, poor consumption environment, imperfect social security and imperfect financial system of rural residents in Tibet restrict the consumption of rural residents in Tibet. And put forward relevant suggestions to guide the consumption of rural residents in Tibet and promote the economic development of Tibet.
