Study On The Influence Of Rural Residents' Consumption On Economic Growth In ShanDong

There is no doubt that promoting economic growth is an important goal of macro-economic policy,and it is not only an important way to resolve the contradiction between residents' desire for better life and unbalanced development,but also necessary for promoting both the development of country and the progress of society.Since the implementation of reform and open policy,China has made great progress in economic growth.Meanwhile,no one can deny that the reality that the glide of investment efficiency and overproduction indicate that it is necessary for our country to optimize economic structure.On this condition,taking advantage of the function of consumption that promoting economic growth is a major trend without doubt.What is more,the report at 17 th,18th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out respectively the policy that “insisting on extending domestic demand especially consumption demand,promoting the change of major motive of economic growth from investment and export to consumption,investment and export”,“paying more attention to establishing the long-acting mechanism of extending consumption demand” and “improving and perfecting consumption system as well as making full use of the basic function of consumption on promoting economic growth ”,which to some extent indicate that promoting economic growth by virtue of stimulating consumption has a great strategic significance.In addition,as an economy-developed province,Shandong province faces the problem of glide in both economic growth and investment efficiency,thus it is necessary for Shandong province to accelerate the change of economic development mode and promote the major motive of economic growth from investment to consumption.Furthermore,compared with urban residents' consumption,there is much space to improve rural residents' consumption.As a result,researching the influence of rural residents' consumption on the economic growth of Shandong province has a great practical significance for both improving rural residents' consumption and promoting residents' consumption to serve the economic growth of Shandong province in a better way.Based on the state about the concept about both economic growth and consumption as well as the development situation of economic growth and rural residents' consumption in Shandong province this paper paid much attention tocarrying out theoretical and empirical analysis on the influence of rural residents' consumption on economic growth of Shandong province,and some conclusions are drawn as follows.Firstly,the economic operation of Shandong Province is better as a whole while there is also a glide in economic growth.Secondly,there are some problems exist in the rural residents' consumption in Shandong province such as low GDP golden content,irrational consumption structure,and irrational consumption behavior.Thirdly,rural residents' consumption has a positive influence on the economic growth of Shandong province so that improving and perfecting rural residents' consumption will give an important impetus to the economic growth of Shandong province.
