The recreational fishing has been the rapid development due to the economic prosperity and the improvement of material and cultural life level in the past thirty years.The competition is becoming increasingly of the fishing tackle production and sales in the process of enterprise fierce.The market situation is grim.Study and analysis the existing marketing problems of the fishing tackle market strategy.Establish and perfect the enterprise marketing strategy in order to adapt to the new fishing tackle market demand.It is become an urgent problem to solve for enterprises.The marketing situation of Shenzhen Taoyuan fishing tackle company as the research object of this paper.Under the guidance of the marketing theory,using PEST and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model on the company's internal and external environment of the company and then analyze the current situation of marketing.On the basis of using SWOT to sum up the advantages and disadvantages of Taoyuan Company and the opportunities and challenges faced by the company,we find out the shortcomings and problems of Taoyuan company in product,price,channel and promotion management marketing strategy through the analysis of the data of design and investigation.At the same time,the paper also pointed out that the problems of insufficient for the new Internet marketing strategy in the fishing industry in the rapid application but use of Taoyuan fishing company in this regard.The paper uses the theory of STP to make the market segmentation of Taoyuan fishing tackle company,select the target market and the market position,Base on these to focus on research and development the company's marketing strategy of company,including the products,the price,the channel,the promotion for the marketing strategy and the implementation of various new strategies under the new Internet marketing environment.At the same time,it's re-plans the weak links in the Internet environment,such as product function reduction strategy,word of mouth marketing in promotion and promotion,network live marketing and competition promotion marketing strategy,and strengthen the intensity and depth of related marketing and ensure smooth implementation.The results of research on marketing strategy of Taoyuan company not only making Taoyuan company has achieved obvious effect and help in marketing management,but also hope to bring inspiration and reference to other enterprises in the fishing tackle industry.
