Evaluation Research Of Progress Plan Of Shanghai Shinan Power Supply Company's South Hongqiao 10KV Project

At present,there are many economic basic industries in China,and the electric power industry,which is one of the economic basic industries,is a stable factor that promotes the harmonious development of the society and is also a guarantee for various economic developments.In recent years,due to the increasement of population and the continuous expansion of urban scale,the civilian demand for power resources is also growing.Meanwhile,a large number of new power projects have emerged.Within the project expanded,more and more problems appeared,and the emergence of these problems finally led to the delay of the projects duration,affecting the delivery of the project,thereby the customer's power supply and satisfaction rate would be affected as well.This article takes the evaluation & study of South Hongqiao 10 KV project schedule.First of all,the study analyzes the influencing factors that affect the schedule of South Hongqiao 10 KV project.According to the selection principle and method of project schedule planning index,the evaluation index system of South Hongqiao 10 KV project schedule was constructed by Delphi method.Secondly,Analytic Hierarchy Process and factor analysis are used to determine the weights of index in the evaluation index system of South Hongqiao 10 KV project schedule.The important indicators affecting the schedule of South Hongqiao 10 KV project are obtained by sorting the weight values.Thirdly,Builds and evaluate multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the schedule of the South Hongqiao 10 KV project,Finally,the 10 KV project schedule of South Hongqiao was adjusted by the selected-critical-impact indicators.Last but not least,by comparing the evaluation results of the previous and the current schedules,it can be confirmed that the total project duration has been shortened by 19 working days,and the applicability and feasibility of the program evaluation method has been proved.In this study,scientific analysis methods are applied to the progress management of South Hongqiao 10 KV project in order to generalize the research results of this study to the evaluation of the schedule of similar projects at South City Power Supply Company At meanwhile,provides a theoretical basis and technical method for the evaluation of the schedule of other 10 KV projects of the South of City Power Supply Company.
