With the rapid development of the Internet and B2 C e-commerce,online shopping has become a popular consumption habit and even life habit.Under the background of this era,the traditional industry also began to pay attention to online sales mode and try to transform e-commerce,in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition,and household appliance manufacturing enterprises are no exception.For household appliance manufacturing enterprises in the process of B2 C e-commerce transformation,it is very important to choose the logistics distribution model which can effectively reduce the logistics cost and conform to the characteristics of the enterprise.The research is based on the B2 C electronic commerce mode of home appliance logistics distribution mode of manufacturing enterprises as the research object,first of all home appliances manufacturing enterprises B2 C e-commerce transformation to the relevant theoretical research,to present the three main logistics distribution mode,the concept of the advantages and disadvantages are described,and three kinds of logistics distribution mode are analyzed.And then analyzes the main factors affecting the home appliance manufacturing enterprise logistics distribution mode selection,and established by the 6 level indicators(logistics management,logistics cost,enterprise scale,logistics network coverage,customer service quality and product characteristics)and 15 level two indexes of evaluation index system.Then establishes selection evaluation index structure of logistics distribution mode of manufacturing enterprises by means of Fuzzy AHP,and use Delphi method to determine the weight of evaluation index,establish priority matrix of logistics distribution mode selection of the business case(Joyoung),the final comprehensive evaluation results of e-commerce logistics distribution model is the most suitable for the case of enterprise development.Through the research results,we can see that the most suitable logistics distribution mode of Joyoung shares under the B2 C e-commerce mode is the third party logistics distribution mode,which is also consistent with the current strategic choice of Joyoung group.Finally,the research is summarized,and the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of the future research are pointed out.The purpose of this study is to set up an evaluation index system suitable for the selection of logistics distribution mode of home appliance manufacturing enterprises,which is suitable for B2 C e-commerce mode,and provide some reference for the selection of logistics distribution mode of home appliance manufacturing enterprises in the transformation process of e-commerce.
