In the modern enterprise system,the role of reasonable scientific incentive mechanism is very significant,to a large extent,promote the progress and development of enterprises.Incentive system provides enterprises with the foundation of survival and development,which has important influence on improving the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees.Therefore,incentive mechanism is one of the core contents in modern enterprise human resource management.This paper chooses Y enterprises in Loudi City of Hunan Province as the research object.Y enterprise is a typical small and medium-sized mechanical parts manufacturing enterprise.Its management system is weak and the incentive mechanism is lacking.There is a lot of enthusiasm among employees,Which led to the overall operation of the enterprise and sales are adversely affected,restricting the further development of enterprises.Based on the above background,through the analysis and research of the incentive mechanism of Y company,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in this way,so as to optimize and improve the incentive mechanism of Y company,and as a study of the small and medium private enterprises in the central and western regions of the incentive Mechanism of the typical case.Based on the analysis and analysis of the western incentive theory,this paper analyzes the incentive mechanism of Y company based on the present situation of Y company,and then summarizes and analyzes the survey data by factor analysis method in order to find Y company The main problems in the incentive mechanism,the results show that the performance appraisal system is not perfect,the company's employees cannot provide effective guidance and planning,corporate culture is weak,the pay structure to be optimized and other issues are Y company incentive mechanism more prominent issues;Analysis of the causes of the incentive mechanism of the company's main factors include: the company's management is not enough attention to the strategic long-term development of enterprises,organizational structure to be optimized,cost control and incentive efforts are not enough,incentives and so on.Therefore,we can clarify the construction goal,principle and general idea of the incentive mechanism of Y Company,and put forward the incentive plan of Y Company from the aspects of performance appraisal and incentive system,career incentive system,enterprise culture incentive system and salary and welfare incentive system,and effectively guarantee the incentive The program in the implementation process for the system,culture,technology,systems and resources and other needs,so as to play the role of incentive mechanism,fundamentally improve the enthusiasm of staff work,to explore the potential of employees,so as to promote enterprise performance and operational efficiency,Sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
