Since the establishment of the socialist market economic system,China's compensation management began to become market-oriented operation of its compensation management research and practical operation start standardization,but of which there are many problems to be solved,such as China's compensation management has just started,there is no clear norms and constraints,while relying on the government's relatively strong,its theoretical research is still relatively shallow,no more in-depth study.And business as paying wages for employees subject,they rarely have a detailed study on the remuneration of employees doing business in terms of employee compensation for the cost and burden,and therefore pay for general corporate control is mainly carried out from the control costs,how the pay system to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,how can we enhance the efficiency of the staff that there was no detailed study,it must be fully pay the theoretical research,breakthroughs and theoretical guidance is the key.The author first discusses the background and significance of the research,summarized on the basis of salary,compensation management concept of the main factors and the impact of Pay and remuneration of this paper carried out some theoretical summary and elaboration,for remuneration relations and employee motivation,meaning the minimum wage,employee compensation differential advantage and so a detailed description and discussion.And on the remuneration of Huafeng Network Company has been described and proposed the existence of problems,such as lack of proper compensation management philosophy,compensation structure is irrational,not the establishment of specialized institutions salary management,compensation management system is imperfect,compensation management unscientific.For these there are different problems,I made a number of targeted programs for improvement in many areas has been improved and enhanced,such as acceleration of the flow of staff positions,salary differences between different positions of the treatment,control the total amount of wages,these Owen programs have improved the network companies pay system,based on this,the author proposes measures Huafeng network company to implement compensation management,such as scientific understanding of the great value of compensation management,in perspective compensation management function,establish the scientific salary management philosophy,promote a virtuous cycle of material costs and labor costs,design scientific salary management system,attached great importance to the use of compensation design,wage differentials theory,focusing on performance evaluation,increase incentives extent,improve the pay increase mode,a sound remuneration incentive system,supervise the implementation of a sound career planning and incentive compensation,and improve the promotion system.
