With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the development of economy has made tremendous achievements, and the international status has been continuously improved. At present,China is the second largest economy in the world. As the 19 th National Party Congress has just ended, the main contradiction in our country has been the contradiction between the ever-increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social production to the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced development.China's economy is in a transitional period. However, the traditional investment mode has high threshold and few channels,so that most people choose to save such a stable investment way to reduce risks.Although the wealth of the private sector is increasing, there is a lack of investment channels, and those with entrepreneurial ideas are lack of start-up capital, which makes it difficult to achieve effective and rational allocation of capital.Under such circumstances,it is difficult for the economy to achieve forward step-wise development. Therefore, everyone began to look for new financing models, and new financing methods such as crowdfunding model came into being.Crowdfunding model as a new thing in the economic field and a new achievement in financial innovation is a new type of investment and financing channel, which is very different from the traditional financing methods.Crowdfunding mode financing is mainly through the Internet to connect the capital supply and demand sides, thereby raising funds for entrepreneurs to open up new investment channels for investors,so that both sides of the capital supply and demand needs, mutual benefits and win,so as to make it effective to achieve capital An emerging way of rational allocation. In addition, under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,this emerging model has also gained support from our government's relevant policies.Although China's crowdfunding industry started relatively late, the pace of development has been rapid.China's crowdfunding financing model began in 2011 with the emergence of the “raising time” crowdfunding platform, and many crowdfunding platforms have been launched in succession.According to statistics,in 2011,there were only 4 crowdfunding platforms in China, and by 2016,it had increased to 532,and the total amount of funding reached 36 billion yuan. The types of projects covered are all-inclusive.The continuous development and active innovation of the crowdfunding industry is subverting the traditional concept of “pre-sale”.What is the extent of today's crowdfunding model? What is the operating process? These issues have gradually become hot topics for scholars to study.Based on the research of related literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development status of China's crowdfunding model, uses Marx's theory of division of labor and collaboration, and explores relevant cases based on crowdfunding,"named time",crowdfunding and other related cases. The economic value, strategic value, etc.brought about by the analysis of its many risks such as intellectual property risks faced by financing entities, project operating risks faced by investment entities, bankruptcy risks faced by crowdfunding platforms, etc. Finally, corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.
