Research On Measurement Issue Of Environmental Performance Of Oilfield Enterprise

With the deepening of the sustainable development thought and the implementation of the scientific concept of development,the construction of ecological civilization,the basic formation of saving resources and protecting the ecological environment of the economic growth mode,puts forward the basic direction of the future of the enterprise development of the country.As oilfield enterprises to master the country's economic lifeline,assuming the triple of economic,environmental and social responsibility,environmental factors have become the important factors that affect oil field enterprise strategy and business activities,and made major changes oilfield enterprise management.Through on-thespot investigation,found that the oil field enterprises in terms of environmental performance measurement is not perfect,incomplete environmental performance measurement indicators,the measurement process is not standard,method of the single,and the effective measure and the measurement accuracy is the basis of environmental performance evaluation,So,this article choose to environmental performance measurement as a starting point,based on the oil industry,focus on the study of oil field enterprise's environmental performance measurement,the application of environmental performance measurement,analysis method and the results disclosed,to improve the oilfield enterprise environmental performance measurement indicators,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures,thus more accurate assessment of the environmental impact of business activities,to objectively reflect the real value of the enterprise production activities and provide decision support for the development of oil companies.This article first discusses the concept and theoretical basis of environmental performance,and get the enlightenment and significance in the study of this article.Secondly,combined with oil field enterprise environmental performance management present situation,the enterprises in environmental performance management in the current imperfect environmental performance measurement indicators,the problems such as nonstandard measurement method.Again,combining the actual management of oil field characteristic,proposed the oilfield enterprise environmental performance measurement system design objectives,principles and contents of the framework,and in the process of oil field enterprise production and operation of environmental performance measuring indicators related to the science,has carried on the scientific and standardized method of measurement procedures,oil field enterprise environmental performance measurement system is designed.Finally,select a certain oil fields in eastern China enterprise environmental performance measurement system to the design of this article analyzed the application,the results show that the system can objectively evaluate oilfield enterprise environmental performance management level.The last and the system of the corresponding guarantee measures are put forward.
