A Post Evaluation Study On The Building Of Oil Depot Of Xu Chang

As Lan~Zheng~Chang pipeline has been built gradually,Xuchang oil depot which is the part of the project is the key aspect to evaluate whether Lan~Zheng~Chang pipeline achieve the expected economic benefits and ensure the supply of Xuchang region.To carry out Zhengzhou depot building project evaluation not only can summarize the experience and lessons of construction projects,but also can provide basis for decision-makers to improve its decision-making level,to ensure the profit of project investment.Drawing on relevant areas of domestic and foreign research on post-evaluation and based on the features of depot project and combining the characteristic for ground engineering projects,the post evaluation study use quantitative and qualitative analysis,theoretical research and case study method to do the research.Using Xuchang oil depot project as an example to study the theory and method of post evaluation study can help us improve the project management and reduce the risk and increase the profit.Based on the principle of the index system,the entire project divided into pre-project,project implementation,project implementation and project devolopment as the first level indicators.And then second level indicators subdivided into ten refinement indicators including goal attainment,preparatory work,construction and implementation,production and operation situation,financial benefits,environmental impact,social impact,sustainability,etc.In order to improve the quality of management in the future we find the reason of failure in Xuchang depot building project.Finally Xuchang depot building project can be the reference to other company,and give suggestions.
