The current urban and rural residents disposable income increases,provides the material basis for the development of the personal financial products business of domestic commercial banks,the capital recently launched a variety of App,Yu Ebao and other kinds of treasure products,in order to attract private savings and development of the personal financial management business,the Bank of Jiangxi has also introduced the characteristics of the financial products and open a new situation for the sound and rapid development of China's financial.However,the central region is located in the Bank of Jiangxi because of the late start of personal financial products marketing system is not perfect,in an increasingly competitive environment,the personal financial products business inferior by comparison of the Bank of Jiangxi,the competitiveness of products was down to the other large domestic commercial banks personal financial services.The Bank of Jiangxi as the research sample,on the management of personal financial products of the Bank of Jiangxi,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail.And develop marketing strategies,to help them better personal finance product marketing business development and growth,has a strong practical significance.First of all,this paper sorts out the related theories of marketing and personal finance and the research results at home and abroad,and expounds the research goal and significance of this paper.Then through the personal financial products and marketing Potter five force model,7P marketing mix strategy,PEST marketing theory basis is described.Secondly,based on the marketing frontier theory,this paper analyzes and estimates the basic marketing situation,the macro environment,the main advantages and disadvantages of the personal financial products in Jiangxi bank.Jiangxi bank personal finance product marketing in China despite their comparative advantages,such as the management system is more flexible and relatively high degree,rate of return in the forefront of the industry in line with international standards and so on,but there are also marketing structure unreasonable,personal financial products function behind different disadvantages.If in comparison with international vision and advanced international counterparts,the gap still exists,so we need to optimize the design of the existing personal financial products,strengthen marketing and promotion,and improved in practice.Finally,aiming at the main problems of Jiangxi bank marketing,put forward to strengthen the customer classification management mode,improve the increase of personal financial products innovation and channel construction,personal financial products yield and so on,and the personal financial products using the 7P marketing strategy.At the same time,in the implementation of new measures,we should do three safeguards,namely risk control,personnel training and service technical support.Ensure the smooth progress of the marketing of personal financial products in Jiangxi bank.
