Research On Improvement Of R&D Quality Management In M Company Based On Six Sigma Theory

Six Sigma management was born in Motorola that located the United States,it is a scientific theory of quality management,this theory use DMAIC or DFSS design method to reduce the variance,control fluctuation,in order to make a breakthrough of quality improvement and quality management.Through the implementation of Six Sigma management,we can reduce costs,improve organizational profitability and competitiveness,and enhance custo mer satisfaction.Six Sigma Management is successfully being used in the field of manufacturing and many companies,at the same time it can combine with Total Quality Management and Lean Management theory together,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the organization and achieve performance of the organizational.Due to the particularity of Research and Development Center of Communication Equipment Company,technology innovation,product upgrades faster,Research and Development quality management often depends on the engineer's ability and QC ability.Using Six Sigma Management to improve the quality of the Research and Development in Communication Equipment field is not much,so it is worthy of research and exploration.Through the study of the application of the Six Sigma management theory in the R&D quality management of M company,the author hopes to find a way to improve the R&D quality management for the communication equipment development company.This article starts with theory,then research on thetheories of quality management,R&D quality management and Six Sigma management.Combined with the current situation of R&D quality management of M company,we investigate,analyze and find weaknesses.Then DMAIC tools of six sigma are used to improve processes and DFMEA tool is being used to control R&D quality risk.At the same time,Lean management is used to enhance R & D quality management of M company.This article provides a detail description and analysis of the Six Sigma management that applied in M company.Through six sigma analysis and formed a series of process improvement and quality control measures,M company run a trial of the improvement measures and control mechanisms.We've found that Six Sigma management is effective in M company.The company will obtain significant economic benefits and gain the competitive edge,so we will further promote the Six Sigma Management in M company.This article has certain reference significance and reference value in R&D center of Communication Equipment Company.
