With the transformation and upgrading of many industries in China,the business situation of enterprises faces more uncertainty,and this uncertainty risks the uncertainty of the bank's credit funds.Commercial Banks are the institutions that manage risk,and how to ensure the safety of credit capital is imminent.Lanzhou bank,in line with the management philosophy of "compliance and risk control",stands out among local Banks,but also has difficulties in controlling credit risk.In order to explore the optimization countermeasures of commercial bank credit risk control,this paper takes Lanzhou bank as the research object,USES the questionnaire survey and literature research,through the study and draw on the experience of theoretical achievements of previous scholars,the establishment of a commercial bank credit risk control satisfaction evaluation model and evaluation system,the model evaluation index system including four grade I dimension,class II dimension 12 indicators,level III dimensions 38 indicators.The author adopts the method of hierarchical distributing 110 copies of questionnaires,and effective recovery of 106 questionnaire,based on data analysis,it is concluded that: class I dimension levels of satisfaction index in the bank system in the highest(3.295),the second is the enterprise development level(3.025),the loan officer skill level(3.001),the lowest satisfaction index(2.925)is the government's policy level.Overall,the overall satisfaction index is below the state of satisfaction(4.0).Combining with the status quo of Lanzhou bank credit risk control,focusing on satisfaction low dimension for all-round,multi-level analysis,based on this,puts forward the optimization in Lanzhou bank credit risk control scheme and guarantee measures.The author proposes to design the scheme from three aspects: the content system,evaluation system and method system of credit risk control.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme,the author puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures:(1)strengthen the three lines of defense before,during and after the loan;(2)strict control over the lending subject and enterprise funds;(3)strengthening information collection on customer and market conditions;(4)strictly control the use of credit funds;(5)choose the combination scheme between different guarantees;(6)deepen performance appraisal management and strengthen the skills training of loan officers.In addition,the author also puts forward some Suggestions for improving government policy.Based on the research of the Lanzhou bank credit risk control,this article aims to further enrich our country commercial bank credit risk management theory knowledge,and the other commercial bank credit risk controlpractice to provide some theoretical reference and reference.
