| After years of development,the big cherry planting industry has gradually become the characteristic advantaged industry in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City,with obvious economic benefits.Although Tianshui Qinzhou big cherry industry has certain development level and scale advantage,but there are still many problems.Through on-the-spot visits to Qinzhou’s big cherry industry and interviews with cherry growers and related departments,many factors that influence the development of Qinzhou’s big cherry industry have been found.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly discusses the background,significance and research status of the topic at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the development status of Tianshui Qinzhou Big Cherry Industry.The third part of the Qinzhou big cherry industry SWOT analysis;In the fourth part,SO strategy is considered to be the best strategy for the development of cherry industry in Tianshui City based on the analysis of different strategic combination and the local actual situation.Based on this,the fifth chapter puts forward the concrete development strategy: Enlarge the research investment,enlarge the brand advantage of Tianshui Qinzhou Big Cherry;Efforts will be made to develop the "first village of natural hydroelectricity and commerce" and to widen the channels for increasing farmers’ income;Standardize the management of large cherry orchard and establish standardized demonstration base of cherry production.Regulating specialized farmers’ cooperatives.In this paper,through the countermeasure research of Tianshui City Qinzhou Big Cherry Industry,we put forward suggestions for the scientific development of Qinzhou Big Cherry Industry,in order to further promote the healthy development of Tianshui City Qinzhou Big Cherry Industry. |
