Research On The Improvement Of Gerontechnology Innovation Ability Of Beijing

At present,China must put the development base on innovation and create leading development relying on innovation-driven,which is in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy from the great powers of science and technology to the scientific and technological power forward,so innovation capacity building has drawn more and more attention.Beijing has gone into an aging society of population aging.The national plan for 13 th Five-Year clearly put forward to actively respond to population aging,vigorously develop the ageing-related work,increase pension services and product supply.The purpose of gerontechnology innovation is to improve the quality of elderly life,so that the elderly can be healthy,comfortable and safe to live independently and participate in social technological innovation activities,therefore,the improvement of gerontechnology innovation ability is of great significance to deal with the rapid development of regional population aging.Therefore,this paper chooses gerontechnology of Beijing as the research object and construct the index system of gerontechnology innovation ability to assess the gerontechnology innovation ability of Beijing to analyze the restricting factors of Beijing gerontechnology innovation ability.Based on the relevant concept and theory,this paper defines the elements of gerontechnology innovation ability through literature review.Then,based on the development situation and related principles of well-being technology innovation of Beijing,the representative evaluation indexes were selected for the composition of well-being the welfare of technological innovation ability,and the evaluation index system of gerontechnology innovation capability was established.The paper constructs the evaluation model of innovation index,and uses the 2009-2015 statistical data to analyze the gerontechnology innovation ability in Beijing.The evaluation results show that the innovation input capacity of welfare and technology of Beijing has been significantly enhanced since 2009,which mainly reflects in the development of R&D level and innovation institutions;The output capacity of welfare and technology innovation is not ideal,which mainly reflects in the greater volatility in patent output;The innovation sustainable capacity of gerontechnology continues to improve,but its growth is slow,which mainly reflects in the insufficient innovation environment.Finally,based on the quantitative evaluation results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the innovation ability of gerontechnology of Beijing in view of the problems discovered and the reality of the development of aging and welfare technologies in Beijing.
