| Shandong peninsula,as the important fulcrum of “One Belt and One Road” national strategy,is not only play a role of goods go into the inland areas through the port, but also domestic cargo go through the port for export.Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network is in urgent need to optimize and improve to provide important support for docking with the “One Belt and One Road” strategy. The optimization of Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network does not only provide important support for the “One Belt and One Road” strategy to land in Shandong peninsula, but also provide the logistics basis for Shandong peninsula’s urban and rural planning in the next 10 to 20 years. At the same time,it will also provide powerful support for Qingdao to build important center city in the coastal zone. The research takes Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network as the object. This paper has a clear understanding about Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network, based on the situation analysis of development, main port and logistics distribution of it.Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network optimization is mainly related to three parts: the prediction for overall logistics demand, the demarcation of the logistics network node level and the design of logistics network channel.Among them, the prediction for overall logistics demand used 10 years data that we acquired to forecast what Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network will be like in the future 5 years by improved grey GM(1,1)model,thus provides the basis for subsequent logistics node hierarchy and channel design. The demarcation of the logistics network node level uses Grey Relation Projection Model with Fuzzy-AHP and cosine combination empowerment to layer the 17 cities in Shandong peninsula to gain primary and secondary city nodes.Logistics network channel design will get Shandong peninsula’s portled logistics network drawing, based on logistics demand, logistics node level classification results and the existing traffic network design.Research shows that the overall demand of Shandong peninsula’s port-led logistics network presents the rise in the next five years. This paper divides Shandong peninsula’s 17 cities into primary and secondary node cities, including Qingdao,Yantai,Rizhao,Weifang,Linyi,Jinan,Jining,Zaozhuang and Binzhou city as primary node cities,Zibo,Dongying,Tai’an,Weihai,Laiwu,Dezhou,Liaocheng and Heze city as secondary node cities. What’s more, this paper designs a "three horizontal and three vertical" open logistics network,in which "Three horizontal" routes refer to the Binzhou-Yantai-Weifang line, the Jinan-Qingdao-Weifang line, the Jining-Zaozhuang-Linyi-Rizhao line;"Three vertical" routes refer to the BinzhouJinan-Jining line, the Weifang-Linyi line,Yantai-Qingdao-Rizhao line. |
