| Supply chain finance is a creative service,which combines finance service with logistics service.Rooted in the real exchange in supply chain,it can achieve the triple-win of small and medium-sized enterprises,financial institutions and logistics enterprises,solve the financing difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises,decrease the financing service risks for financial institutions,and bring the new profit improvement for logistics enterprises.However,the development of Supply Chain Finance is hindered due to some reasons.For instance,the regional development is not balanced,relevant industries are limited,the number of banks which adopt SCF is scant,and the legal system is imperfect till now.This thesis describes the inner structure and functions of supply chain finance system,based on system dynamics theories.The thesis makes a further illustration on the dynamic system,and finds key parameters which influent the performance of supply chain system,helps to solve the development problem in Supply Chain Finance. |
