Research On Manufacturing Informatization In Transformation And Upgrading In Jiaozhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Manufacturing,as an important industry in Jiaozhou,has made significant development in recent years.However,compared with developed areas home and abroad,there are still some “big but not strong”questions within,just like low technology level of enterprises,weak capacity od self-development,as well as low level of informatization.All the questions led directly to the Jiaozhou manufacturing only the growth of quantity rather than quality.How to promote the integration of industry and informatization in enterprises,through the use of info-tech to transform traditional manufacturing industries,to achieve transformation and upgrade in Jiaozhou manufacturing has become the subject of much-needed research.Firstly,from the perspective of manufacturing transformation and upgrading of the current status of the development of Jiaozhou manufacturing and problems analyzed and studied,this paper explored the transformation direction of Jiaozhou manufacturing and upgrading of development and how to transition issues.Detailed studies are on the important roles of manufacturing information and current informational situation of Jiaozhou manufacturing.From a theoretical perspective,this paper analyzed the conditions for manufacturing industries both in domestic and international.All the researches provided theoretical support for Jiaozhou manufacturing.Secondly,with the combination and application status of informatization and manufacturing in Jiaozhou,this paper carried out a detailed study and discussion,analyzed the governmental necessary measures and application performance.Propose to encourage enterprises to undertake manufacturing information technology demonstration projects,vigorously implements use to the integration of industrialization and information technology to carry out manufacturing information and other specific measures.Thirdly,in the case study of MES informatization projects of Chang Machinery Co.,this paper studied the effect on the level of enterprise information before and after the implementation of the MES project and the benefits brought about.The implementation of the MES project reflected the role of Jiaozhou manufacturing information supporting policies.This paper analyzed the current situation in Jiaozhou manufacturing and informatization technology with researching the role of information technology to upgrade the manufacturing sector,also proposed some kinds of the supporting measures for implementation in manufacturing informatization in further improvement.All to provide a theoretical basis for Jiaozhou manufacturing.
