The Research On G Oil Refining Enterprise Cost Control

Recent years,with the development of international economy and the great fluctuation of inner and outer price of crude oil and product oil.The profit of inner and outer modern large-scale oil refining enterprises reduced gradually year by year.The price of the construction material and stuff also increased continously.The above reasons lead to a firce competition of market with the continous construction and development of market economy.The company of the modern oil refining enterprises gradually evolved into the cost competetition of enterprises.Optimizing the cost control of enterprises becomes an important method to improve enterprises market competition.So,our modern oil refining enterprises should carry out and insist scientific and inficient cost control procedure,which is the key factor of the development of the enterprise.The efficient implementation is beneficial for the improvement of of economic benefits and market competation,which is good for the enterprise construction and development and consolidate the market competation.In this thesis,I select an optimal control of a southern ten million tons refinery as a case and related to the situation of construction cost control of this enterprise.The author deeply analized the recent situation and problem of current project cost control as well as the reason and the adoptions should be taken of GXQZ ten milion tons refinery.Finally,the author drew a conclusion of this thesis which is the substance of this thesis.Through the analysis,in order to carry out the cost control activities of GXQZ ten million tons refinery,we must face the practical problems and analyse the problems deeply as well as to find the reasons and effects of the problems.It is very necessary to make use of the advanced technology and scientific management concept.We should carry out the stuff participating and constant basic activities and find the effective measures to solve the problems.Control the aim and direction of enterprise cost control development from every link of cost control,and then it is possible to achieve the aim of optimizing the enterprise cost control on the whole.
