A Research On Breakthroughrecognition And Developmentcountermeasure Of 3D Printingtechnologies In China

3D printing(additive manufacturing)technology has become a focal point of scholars,industry and the mass public.However,the popular 3D printing technology hasn’t been an economic growth point in China yet.Comparing with countries that are advanced in 3D printing,China’s 3D printing business is still at the initial stage.While fully implementing the initiative of Made in China 2025,3D printing has become a key technology for the new generation of information technology,high-end equipment,new material and biological medicine.Therefore,when faced with the competitive threats from the developed countries,the development of a 3D-printing based industry will bring practical significances to us today.As a result,this paper takes domestic and foreign research papers(Web of Science as the data source)as well as Sina Weibo as research resources.In terms of the methods,it adopts bibliometrics(use Citespace software to construct knowledge mapping and obtain relevant parameters),text mining(use web crawler,keywords extraction and word cloud to obtain the data of 3D printing in Sina Weibo),Altmetrics method(Weibo likes and micro indexes are regarded as auxiliary indexes for evaluating social awareness)and Structural Variation Analysis(SVA)method.Furthermore,the intersection between technical hot spots and public attention hot spots is considered,along with the combination of potential technical directions and public attention hot spots.From there,the research will pinpoint the technical breakthrough points of 3D printing that can attract the attentions of mass consumers and bring tremendous industry values.Finally,seek expert advice and and propose countermeasures and suggestions.The innovations of this paper: 1)“Public attention hot spots” as the core,is put forward in order to "technical hot spots" and "potential technical directions" as the necessary conditions of the "technical breakthroughs" identification method.2)Designing a Weibo public opinion analysis system based on text mining.The system relies on web crawlers and data cleansing to form Web of Science text formatting,which will provide a method to identify the Weibo based public attention hot spots.
