| "The Belt and Road Initiative " with International strategic significance gets a lot of attention after the "new normal" becomes the consensus and it has become the most important long-term national strategy.Since the reform and opening up,China’s first economic growth depends mainly on the "Made in China",but the manufacturing accounts for the exorbitant proportion;Nowadays,China’s economy builds an upgraded version and the second growth will rely on "Chinese service",the proportion of service industry needs to be improved,and the logistics industry is one of the most promising "Chinese service".Zhengzhou City is in the position of National Geographic and economic center relatively,location advantages provide good conditions for the development of the logistics industry.Therefore,how to use their advantages and take a differentiated development path,to find their place in the urban nodes of " The Belt and Road" and achieve rapid development of the logistics industry and the economy is very important for Zhengzhou City,.The competitiveness evaluation of the Zhengzhou logistics industry is carried out from a macro perspective,the paper analyzed the development environment,development status of the logistics industry in Zhengzhou City,analyzed the influence of " The Belt and Road Initiative" on Zhengzhou logistics industry from the development requirements and development goals,based on the research status of evaluation of domestic and foreign regional logistics industrial competitiveness and problem analysis,according to competition theory and the theory of urban logistics,combining with "The Belt and Road Initiative" background.Secondly,the paper designed initial evaluation index that meets " The Belt and Road Initiative" background using research of scholars at home and abroad for reference,and built evaluation index system of logistics industrial competitiveness of the node cities based on " The Belt and Road Initiative" by the experts-the degree of membership analysis,discrimination analysis and correlation analysis to quantify screening the initial evaluation index,and give index weight by combining the improved AHP and entropy method,considering objective and subjective factors on this basis;thirdly,the paper give comprehensive comparative evaluation of the logistics industry competitiveness by thetransverse similar cities and longitudinal historical data,find out the advantages,the gap and problem of the logistics industry in the process of developing for Zhengzhou city,under the background of " The Belt and Road Initiative ",the development of logistics industry in Zhengzhou city has a good competitive environment and competitive strength,but lacks competitive potential and it needs to keep digging.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward Suggestions in improving the logistics industry competitiveness of Zhengzhou city from the logistics industry competition environment,the competitive strength and competitive potential,focusing on combining with the actual situation of logistics industry development in Zhengzhou city and the background of "The Belt and Road" strategy. |
