In 2008,the global financial crisis triggered by the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis,bankruptcy of large commercial banks in many developed countries,and then cause the ripple effects of the securities market,financial derivatives market,let the world economy into a severe concussion.The financial crisis has made the economic scholars realize that there is a huge risk of financial product innovation,which must be treated with caution.At present,the innovation of financial products in Commercial Bank of our country is still in its infancy,how to draw lessons from the foreign financial experience in product innovation,promote the steady progress of financial product innovation at the same time,innovation and risk control,become an important content.In this paper,the basic theory of financial products innovation and domestic and foreign literature,the use of new institutional economics theory,the first analysis of the power of commercial bank financial product innovation.Then,this paper studies the history,current situation and characteristics of financial products innovation of China's commercial banks,expounds the process of financial product innovation,and analyzes the reasons for the lag of financial product innovation in China.Then,through the study of two cases of the United States sub loan crisis and the Bangladesh Rural Bank,the impact of institutional change and the process of financial product innovation on the innovation of financial products in foreign commercial banks was discussed.Finally,combined with China's national conditions,from the dynamic factors of institutional change and the process of financial product innovation,this part puts forward the ideas and Countermeasures of financial products innovation in China.
