Research On Supply Chain Cost Management Of A Oilfield

Currently,the highly developed information technology is increasingly shifting the business battleground from between business-to-business into the fields of supply chain.Keeping good communication cooperation and building partnership with suppliers or customers to jointly cope with the risk of competition in the market has become a necessary choice for many industries and enterprises.China's oil industry supply chain formed with the formation of three major state-owned oil companies,but the present situation of China's oil supply chain management is not very good.There are many deficiencies,especially for supply chain cost management awareness.And even if they are capable of awareness,they tried but failed to achieve good results.Therefore,with the method theory plus case studies,this paper has described and presented the theory of supply chain and supply chain cost management firstly,then,based on current situation of oil supply chain of our country,discussed on how to build a supply chain cost management center for internal groups in theoretical aspects,including the definition,functions,platform support,business rules and organizational methods of the center.Then the paper uses the example of S Oil Production Plant and gathering companies in A Oilfield as an application of supply chain cost management center,with cost accounting analysis conducted again,to verify the effect of using supply chain cost management in the oil supply chain.In the meantime,this example provides a reference value for our country's petroleum industry to strengthen supply chain management.
